(Research):«b»It appears that Edward had a brother Robert McFarland, born 1783 in Ireland, who can be found in the 1850 census in New Castle Delaware, Division 3 living next to Edward Arthur McFarlin age 24.
The Robert McFarland was married to Sarah Hayes on Feb. 29, 1808 in Ireland, they came to U.S. in 1806 from Londonderry on Ship Brutus. When he died in 1855 he left a will with John H.
