After his marraige to Matilda McFarland in 1847, the y are found together in 1850 Coitsvil le, with their one year old daugh ter, Betsy E Price. At this time William was a blacksmith. Later, in 1 857, they have one more child, Mary M Price. From 1860 to 1880, he is listed as a farmer, but by 1900 he is a widow er, in retirement , living with his daughter Mary M Creed and her husb and Henry. William Price does not appear in any census after 1900, an d has probably died. He went directly to Liberty, Ohio, w here his son resided. Thomas remained there several years, before goin g to Guernsey co, where he died in 1 841. There were nine children in h is family, five boys and four girls. Six of the children came to thi s country. Mrs Mahan died in Bristol some years after the death of M r Mahan. "Mr Edward Mahan came to America in 1831, landing in Quebec after a pe rilous voyage of five weeks and four days...He always lived in Libert y with the exception of eighteen months in Guernsey county. He learne d the brickmakers' trade and followe d this for over thirty years, the n went upon the farm where we now find him. He was married in 1835 t o Miss Lydia McFarland, daughter of William McFarland, of Coitsville , Mahoning county. They have had twelve children, all of whom are no w livi ng..."(*1 p 444). Edward was found in all the Liberty censuses through 1880, and not i n 1900, so may have died before then. Frazier and Dan Frazier, both of Coquille, and David Frazier of Seattle; three daughters, Brenda Sorenson of Seattle, Patricia Rhay of Eugene, and Theresa Brown of Coquille; a brother, Nolan Frazier of Lebabnon; a sister, Doris Stowers of Sacramento, Calif,; 20 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
