  Arrived in America with brother Alexander prior to 1850. Married in Norfolk County MA to Susan Cummings. Possibly remarried later to Jane Ferguson (?). (Note: 1860 census lists a Jane Fallon or Ballon as a 20-year-old domestic in the McGaw house. She had a daughter Jane of 4 months age at the time. It is possible that the mother is the Jane in question. She was born in England.)
