Wigtownshire 1810-1825. All his census returns he says he was born in New Luce or Glen Luce, Wigtownshire. However there are no FamilySearch or Scotland's people search results that support this. Possibly he thought he was born there because that's where his folks come from.-Ed. The Glasgow connection makes it likely he is the following Duncan from Scotland's People search, except his father was shown as a stonemason in New Luce in 1820.
