Notes - We do know from genetic testing that this line of McFarlands, and at least one of the Hunts next door, are part of a Scottish line of McFarlands, separate from the Cadet line. They are related to the Daniel McFarland line that came to America in 1 718/9 and settled in Worcester Mass.
