In 1870, Jesse and family are living in Iron Mountain township, St. Francois Co., p.o. Farmington. Jess is a wagon maker, and their son Charles is a Hotel Supervisor. They all seem to be living in the hotel along with 13 other people. I assume this is the town of Farmington.
