  Milum Thomas has three different birth years. In the 1900 census it says born July 1876. In his WW I draft registration it says July F, 1878 in Knox Co. KY. He was living in Wise Co. VA at the time. His death certificate in Harlan Co. KY says he was born July 5, 1877 in Whitley Co. KY. Cannot find this family in the 1880 census.
